This class is a continuation of the Essential Self Defense Level I with additional strikes, kicks and defensive measures to bring you to the next level.
Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense system that uses your natural instincts to fight off an attacker. It’s based on real world scenarios. In this two hour Krav Maga class you will learn how to escape from a bear hug, defend against a choke, and much more! Our goal is to empower you, while you learn some life saving techniques, meet other like minded folks, and perhaps create lasting relationships with other women. Train in a safe environment, and have fun doing it!
If you always wanted to try a self-defense class but never got to, here is your chance! This class is not intended to make you an expert, but to encourage you to be aware of your personal safety, and self defense. This is for women only, and led by Special Guest Instructor, Meher Banow.
No experience necessary, and no physical condition limitations. Please dress comfortably in clothes you can easily move and be active in.

About the Instructor
Meher is a certified Instructor whose passion is teaching Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Bootcamp and Yoga. She loves to share her inspiration and knowledge to others who want to learn to protect themselves, heal their mind, body, soul, and get strong. She is currently the owner and Instructor of MB Defense, a Krav Maga and Yoga studio in Austin, Texas.
