Join us for our first ever culinary experience with beloved Fort Worth Chef Jon Bonnell. In this educational cooking and tasting event, you will learn firsthand how to prepare venison and quail in savory meals you can enjoy for years to come.

The evening starts with light appetizers and expert wine pairing by Central Market sommelier JR Clark. Chef Bonnell will then prepare 3 mouth-watering recipes: Venison Meatball Marinara, Venison Burger, and Tequila Flamed Quail Tacos. You will learn step by step instructions as well as enjoy a generous taste of each dish.

As part of your experience, you will take home a recipe card for each dish, and you will have the opportunity to purchase Chef Bonnell’s popular cookbooks for additional inspiration in the kitchen.
