The TEXO Foundation’s mission is to educate, recruit, train, and retain the next generation of construction professionals. The TEXO Foundation is a non-profit foundation that supports our Chapter’s relationships with local high schools, higher education community, and Region V Universities. The TEXO Foundation’s operations support the successful workforce development and recruitment programs that are popular with our members — Educators Conference, Student Competition, High school programs, Scholarships, and Grants. This year the Foundation is spearheading a workforce development initiative to promote the construction industry and promising career opportunities for high school graduates, veterans, and other community members.

Member Rates

Team of 4 Shooters:
$825 Early Bird Rate (Last day August 21st)
$925 Regular Rate (August 22nd)

Team of 2 Shooters:
$400 Early Bird Rate

• Registration includes shells & targets. A limited supply of eye and ear protection will be available. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.  Golf carts are not included in your registration. 
• The Defenders course is spread out, so if you have a utility vehicle, please bring it! If you do not have a utility vehicle, we have a limited number of golf carts you can rent during checkout. Add the number of golf carts you want to rent to your cart along with your team
• There are a limited number of team spots available, so register your team early!

Non-Member Rates

Team of 4 Shooters:
$1,025 Early Bird Rate (Last day August 21st)
$1,225 Regular Rate (August 22nd)

SCHEDULE

7:30am- 9:00am | Breakfast & Check-In
8:45am | Shooting & Safety Orientation
9:10am | Shooting Times Begin
12:30 pm | Lunch Followed by Awards

This year, the first-place team from each course will have a shoot-out for the annual Clay Shoot Overall Winner Trophy. The first-place individual winners from each course will also have a shoot-out for different prizes.  (Please note that first through third on each course will still receive Challenge Cup points)

ALL SHOOTERS MUST COMPLETE A WAIVER ONSITE TO PARTICIPATE

Sponsorships to this TEXO Education & Research Foundation Event are considered contributions to a 501(c)(3) organization and may be tax-deductible after subtracting the value of any benefit received (i.e. the cost of team participation).

CANCELLATION POLICY

TEXO reserves the right to cancel the above event prior to the scheduled date based on attendance numbers.
To receive a full refund for this event, you must cancel your registration 48 hours or more prior to the event. Refunds for registration cancellations placed less than 48 hours before the event will not be granted.
