Range Check In Associate

The range Check In counter is the operating center of our facility. A Range Check In Associate is critical in coordinating our Members and Guests onto the range and interacting with our customers to provide excellent and timely customer service.

General Duties Include

• Checking Members and Guests in and out of the shooting ranges
• Communicate and coordinate Members and Guests with the Range Safety Officers and Retail teams
• Operate the point of sale system quickly and efficiently
• Advise and provide guidance for firearm rentals
• Answer phone calls and provide assistance to customers
• Provide information and answer questions pertaining to memberships, Training classes and special events
• Manage lane reservations and waitlists
• Check customer guns in and out of the Gunsmith department

Skills & Qualifications

• General firearm and firearm safety knowledge is preferred
• Able to be organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to listen and discern a customer’s questions to correctly suggest the best products and services
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced transactions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable, reliable and exhibits a positive attitude
• Enjoys being part of a team
• Must be 21 years or older

This position is part-time, weekends shifts only. Base pay plus bonus and commission opportunities. Benefits available to full-time employees.
