The range Check In counter is the operating center of our facility. A Range Check In Associate is critical in coordinating our Members and Guests onto the range and interacting with our customers to provide excellent and timely customer service.
General Duties Include
- Checking Members and Guests in and out of the shooting ranges
- Communicate and coordinate Members and Guests with the Range Safety Officers and Retail teams
- Operate the point of sale system quickly and efficiently
- Advise and provide guidance for firearm rentals
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to customers
- Provide information and answer questions pertaining to memberships, Training classes and special events
- Manage lane reservations and waitlists
- Check customer guns in and out of the Gunsmith department
Skills & Qualifications
- General firearm and firearm safety knowledge is preferred
- Able to be organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to listen and discern a customer’s questions to correctly suggest the best products and services
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced transactions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, reliable and exhibits a positive attitude
- Enjoys being part of a team
- Must be 21 years or older
This position is part-time, weekends shifts only. Base pay plus bonus and commission opportunities. Benefits available to full-time employees.
